Scuba Diving in Grenada
Grenada’s is famous for its outstanding coral reefs and marine life. Grenada is the No.1 spot in the Caribbean for wreck diving. As recently as 2007, three ships sunk to form artificial reefs, bringing the total number of sunken ships in Grenada waters to an incredible twelve wreck. The ship wreck depth vary from 10 to 50m below sea leave, providing diving for the novice as well as for the more experienced diver.

Grenada’s most famous wreck, the Bianca C, the largest and, perhaps, most interesting submerged wreck in the Caribbean. Her 600-foot length nestles the sea bed close to Grenada’s south-western coast and there’s a fascinating story as to how this once-beautiful ship got there.

One of the most unique diver attractions in Grenada is its Underwater Sculpture Park. The Underwater Sculpture Park is also located in Grenada’s Protected Marine Area and depicts Grenada’s rich history and folklore. English Sculptor Jason deCaires Taylor sourced all his materials locally to produce these works of art and has achieved worldwide acclaim for these very diverse creations. National Geographic named it one of ‘Earth’s most awesome places.
